Description
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an integrated workspace (making it an ideal location for a 'workation'), with a separate bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard with an open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living area with a large flat-screen TV (with access to Apple TV), a Sonos sound system, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
There are two balconies for outside dining and sunbathing, one of which is accessible from the kitchen/dining room area and a second balcony shared between both bedrooms, overlooking the swimming pool.
This apartment benefits from a shared pool and children’s pool, as well as a well-equipped gym.
The apartment is a short walk to the nearest supermarket, bars, restaurants, and typical Portuguese coffee shops, as well as the town centre.
It is also within walking distance to the nearest beaches (‘Meia Praia’ & 'Praia da Batata') and to Lagos Marina.
The train and bus station are also within easy reach, around 10 minutes walk.

[Please note that this apartment is located in a quiet condominium with a mixture of residents and holidaymakers.
All guests are required to respect the condominium rules which state that - among other things - inflatables and water guns cannot be used in or near the pool, jumping into the pool is forbidden, and noise levels must be respected.
These rules are in place for the benefit of - and should be respected by - everybody staying within the condominium.
Quiet hours are from 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.

We are a couple with a 7 year old and the apartment was perfect for our 10 day stay. Clean, spacious and a fully equipped modern kitchen perfect if you wish to cook. 10mins walk to 2 large supermarkets and little cafes. 15‐20mins to lagos marina orsee more

Clean, spacious and a fully equipped modern kitchen perfect if you wish to cook. 10mins walk to 2 large supermarkets and little cafes. 15‐20mins to lagos marina or old town. Building is super clean and secure with fob access to pool and gym. Will def recommend to friends and family wanting a luxury stay in lagos.
