The main bedroom has a king-size bed (200cm x 160cm) with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
The second bedroom has two twin beds (200 cm x 90cm) and an ensuite bathroom also equipped with a bathtub.
Off from the bedrooms you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with amenities such as fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and electric blinds in all rooms, high-speed free Wi-Fi and private parking.
There are 1 private parking spots that are located in the garage, across from the apartment.
You may also benefit from a shared swimming pool and shared sun loungers.
This property is ideally located for access to the old town, the well-known 'Meia Praia' beach, supermarkets, restaurants and shops (all in walking distance).
It is also the perfect location for taking one of the many boat trips that leave from the Marina, including kayaking, dolphin watching, fishing, grotto trips and private boat tours through the golden coast.
For golf lovers, Palmares Golfe is less than 10 minute drive from the apartment.
The train station is roughly 5 minutes away from the apartment and the bus station is within a 10 minute walk – you just need to cross the footbridge.
[Please note that this apartment is located in a quiet condominium with a mixture of residents and holidaymakers.
All guests are required to respect the condominium rules which state that - among other things - inflatables and water guns cannot be used in or near the pool, jumping into the pool is forbidden, and noise levels must be respected.
These rules are in place for the benefit of - and should be respected by - everybody staying within the condominium.
Quiet hours are from 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.

This is an outstanding ground floor modern apartment that comes with a lovely outdoor space and easy access to the swimming pool. It is well located being close to the Lagos marina, Meia Praia beach, restaurants, shops and a supermarket - all walkable.
The apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The small complex is gated and parking is available. Would happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone who is considering staying here. |
