This modern 4-bedroom villa with private pool (can be heated at extra cost) is in a great location just a few minutes from the Marina, town, and the main beach of Lagos (Meia Praia).
This property is available for longer-term rentals (from 1 to 8 months between October and May) at heavily discounted rates and is ideal for those who are interested in staying in the Algarve for an extended period, including those seeking winter sunshine and/or a safe place to work remotely.
The property has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could need for cooking at home, including all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher and washing machine.
Heating is available for the colder months.
Free, unrestricted Wi-Fi is available and is suitable for those who work remotely.
The discounted rates include a weekly housekeeping service and all utility costs (except electricity and gas).
The rental rate shown is for stays of 3 months or longer.

On the ground-floor there is a WC as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a separate family bathroom with shower cubicle.
There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. A washing machine is also provided.
The large lounge is comfortably furnished and leads directly out to the pool area. A Smart TV and free Wi-Fi are available for guests.
There is also a great games room and gym area on the lower floor where you can have fun playing table tennis, darts or pool, or you can even have a workout on the fitness equipment!
The villa is ideally located near to Lagos town, with shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife all around a 20 minute walk away. The fabulous, 5km-long Meia Praia beach is a few minutes walk from the villa. In addition, the dramatic scenery of the west coast is within easy reach by car.
The town of Lagos is full of character with its narrow streets and many restaurants serving fresh fish and other seafood. Children are welcome everywhere and there are many activities on offer for young and old, including dolphin watching and grotto trips, mountain biking & various water sports as well as a number of top-class golf courses (including Palmares, Penina, and Boavista – all within 10-15 minutes drive from the villa). Within a 25-minute drive are the courses at Penina and Morgado. A little further afield (approximately a 30 minute drive) are water parks and the very popular ‘Zoomarine’.
